Four Rounds, Four Energies
Every meeting walks through the archetypes.
Our Thursdays are built around the four energies of the mature masculine — Lover, Warrior, Magician, King. Each round calls a different part of us into the center. The content is always different; the shape is the same.

Round 1 · Lover
Lover — Opening the Container
We open the circle, and each man shares what is alive in his heart. This round is about vulnerability and presence — landing in the room, dropping the day behind us, and building the trust with one another that lets us go deeper later in the night. Nothing is performed here. What is here, is here.

Round 2 · Warrior
Warrior — Accountability & Projections
With the container established, we bring the harder edges. Accountability to the commitments we made last week — did we do the thing, or did we not. Projections we're carrying, onto men in the room and onto men in our lives. Clean, direct speech. Nothing left festering. This is the round where the Warrior in each of us gets to speak.

Round 3 · Magician
Magician — Transformation
The main working round. One or two men take the center and work an edge — a grief, a fear, a stuck pattern, a longing that will not leave them alone. The circle witnesses. Trained container men support the work. This is where transformation happens: the seeing of what has been unseen, the moving of what has been stuck.

Round 4 · King
King — Honoring, Blessing & Check-out
We close by honoring what was risked, blessing the men who worked, and speaking gratitude around the circle. Each man checks out with what he is taking back into his week and what he is leaving behind. The candle is blown out. The circle is closed. We go home changed.
